In life sometimes you meet remarkable people, and not just remarkable in the sense of what you know about them, a great example is Frank Bruno. Famous boxer yes, known for his Foundation and charity work, yes…but today when we honoured him for all that you know, I also heard quiet stories from his friends of his acts of kindness. A humble man that cares for others, with a wry sense of humour. It was an honour to recognise him today as the Youngest Freeman of the City of London.
