Policy does not simply emerge from the ether, so tonight I was delighted to take part in discussions on policy concerning housing, industrialisation, city density, growth and security, to name just the core. It is one thing coming up with good ideas, but quite another to convince policymakers to adopt them and voters to support them at the ballot box. We need good ideas I’m delighted the City of London invites discussions with leading thinkers on the problems of our times.
