Tonight the Prime Minister set out his foreign policy - it had a lot of things within it: Deals with Ukraine, France and Germany were mentioned, but the big news items were on his view of the need to re set with the EU, and the importance of the USA and EU to the UK future, but to that band he added a third big player - China. He said the UK government policy towards China cannot continue to blow "hot and cold". in essence he said he wants to do business with China, and the big question will be at what price?
