People Matter Most
Whatever you do each day you impact others, everyone has a role to play in work and with their family and friends.
Taking time to recognise people is something I feel really matters, and it was a joy to attend one of the staff Christmas lunches for the City of London where a real sea of people keep the City functioning! Thank you to all that contribute and for those that took part in the fun tradition of making hats! The effort, creativity and thought amaze me, I hope to see even more next year!
